Why We Built Aida: A Letter from the Founders

We’ve spent our careers at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology. We’ve worked at Facebook, run global creative agencies, and built enterprise-level ad-tech platforms. And we all saw the same problem, again and again: the gap between a brilliant brand strategy and the daily grind of executing it.

We watched countless businesses—from innovative startups to established players—struggle to maintain a consistent, high-quality marketing presence. They had the vision, but they lacked the time, resources, or specialized tools to bring it to life consistently.

A Shared Vision

When we—Suzie, Øyvind, and Petter—finally connected after our careers had crossed paths multiple times, the timing was perfect. We immediately bonded over this shared observation. We had all seen firsthand how companies were drowning in the "content treadmill," and we knew there had to be a better way than the generic AI writers flooding the market. We didn't want to build a faster way to create forgettable content; we wanted to build an AI that could think like a brand strategist.

The Team Assembles

Then, something remarkable happened. As we were searching for a technical co-founder, Dainius found us. He wasn't looking for a job; he was looking for a product exactly like Aida for his own ventures. He was so hooked on the vision that after just a few conversations, it was clear he was the missing piece. He joined as our CTO, and his impact was immediate and profound.

Our founding team was complete, united by a shared vision, a belief in fairness and trust, and a deep understanding of the problem we were solving. Each of us had experienced the pain points from a different angle—design, tech, sales, and strategy—and that's what makes Aida so different.
