What is a Brand Brain?
A Brand Brain is a living memory of your brand: what you sell, how you sound, what you look like, what you never say, and what your audience actually responds to. Aida builds one for every brand it works with, and every post, image and email Aida makes is drawn from it.
It is not a PDF of brand guidelines, and it is not a chat window with your logo pasted in. Guidelines describe a brand; a Brand Brain remembers one — and it keeps changing as your brand does.
Where it starts: your website, read properly
When you give Aida your web address, it reads your site the way a careful new hire would — your pages, your products, your proof points, the words you actually use. From that it drafts the first version of your Brand Brain: voice, visual style, audience, offers, and the claims you can stand behind.
Two rules from day one:
- If your site doesn't say it, the Brain doesn't claim it. Aida doesn't invent products, prices or achievements to fill gaps — gaps stay visible so you can fill them.
- We don't scrape social networks. Your Brand Brain is built from your own website and what you choose to add — not from harvesting your (or anyone else's) social profiles.
You correct it, it remembers
The first draft is a starting point, not a verdict. Everything in the Brand Brain is open for you to edit — tone, colours, phrases to avoid, the way you describe what you do. Every correction sticks: tell it once that you say “clients”, never “customers”, and that holds for everything it makes afterwards.
This is the difference between memory and context. Pasting your guidelines into a chatbot works until the conversation ends; a Brand Brain carries what it has learned into every piece of work, indefinitely.
Then it learns from what actually happens
Once your content is going out, the Brand Brain pays attention to the results. What your audience engages with feeds back into what Aida proposes next — not as a black box, but as a diary you can read: what was made, why, and what it learned.
Nothing publishes itself. You approve everything before it goes out, and those approvals — and rejections — are themselves signals the Brain learns from.
Yours, and only yours
- Every Brand Brain is stored per brand and accessible only to that brand's team.
- Your Brand Brain is never used to help another brand, and your data is not used to train shared AI models.

Common questions
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your Brand Brain improves how Aida works for your brand only. It is not training data for shared models, and it never informs work for anyone else.
How long before the Brand Brain is good?
The first version is ready minutes after reading your site, and it makes your first week of posts the same day. It gets noticeably sharper as you correct it and as real engagement data arrives — the more you use it, the more yours it becomes.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
You edit it, and the correction is permanent. The Brand Brain is fully visible and editable — there is no hidden profile of your brand you cannot see or change.
How is this different from uploading my brand guidelines to ChatGPT?
A chat session forgets; a Brand Brain does not. It also learns things guidelines never contain — which topics your audience responds to, which phrasing you keep rejecting — and applies them across every channel automatically.
Can Aida publish without my approval?
No. Scheduled publishing of posts you have approved, yes — publishing anything you have not approved, never.
