Do subscription credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset monthly. Top-up pack credits roll over indefinitely — they're yours until you use them.
When do I need Agency?
When you're managing client brands and need the BrandBrain.io client portal — or when you have more than 3 brands. The defining question is: whose brands are these? Own brands → Business. Client brands → Agency.
